ISC RECEIVES 2008 GBRIA SAFETY AWARD

Baton Rouge, Louisiana, October 22, 2008 - Industrial Specialty Contractors (ISC) has been honored by the Greater Baton Rouge Industry Alliance (GBRIA) for exceptional safety performance in 2008. ISC received the “1st Place GBRIA Contractor Safety Excellence Award” at GBRIA’s Annual Safety Banquet in Baton Rouge on October 16.

The award recognizes ISC’s leadership and exceptional 2008 safety record while working at some of the area’s largest industrial facilities. ISC was nominated for the award in the largecontractor category by plant managers at Marathon, Shell, Williams and Motiva.

This is the third consecutive first-place award for Industrial Specialty Contractors, and the firm’s ninth such honor in the award’s 12-year history.
